Station Lofts

Station Lofts is a loft rental property in Nashville. Unlike other loft properties, measures were taken to keep the monthly rent affordable for younger, trendier folk. The client wanted to convey themselves as being in touch with the arts. Instead of taking a foolish and easy rout of just saying, "Station Lofts loves art and artsy folks. And we listen to Feist," they were willing to let us get a little more artistic with the advertising campaign itself. The finished product looked somewhat different from this comp, but this was my favorite. All in all, it was enjoyable and refreshing to work with a client that was willing to let us run wild. They believed the things we were saying. It worked, too.
